Busy, Busy, Busy Pi's! :)

Hello from sunny Selinsgrove! I hope Spring is treating everyone well :) Gamma Omicron has been very busy lately and we have TONS of great news to share!

DLC 2012

This year's Alpha Delta Pi District Leadership Conference was held in Ellicott City, Maryland from February 24-26! Gamma Omicron was pleased to send 14 officers to represent the chapter. We had a great time meeting sisters from surrounding universities and learning about ways to improve performance in our positions! Even more exciting however was the amount of AWARDS we brought home! We could not be more proud to showcase the chapter's dedication and are excited to keep the mentality strong and work towards winning the Golden Lion!

Look at them all! :)

FORMAL!

This semester's ADPi formal was held on March 23, 2012 at the Elk Lodge in Danville! We had a great time and look forward to our next dance in the fall!

PHILANTHROPY 5K!

On April 1 2012, we hosted our first annual 5K race and BBQ! With help from other students, faculty, family, and of course, our wonderful alumnae, we were able to raise over $3,000 for the Ronald McDonald House Charities! We were also pleased to have sisters from the Theta Iota chapter at Bucknell University attend the event! To those of you who attended and/or donated, THANK YOU for helping make our event such a success! :)

This week we are competing in Greek Week, so expect more updates soon!

Homecoming Alumnae Social!

On September 17, 2011, Alpha Delta Pi  welcomed home over 40 beautiful alumnae at our Homecoming Alumnae Social! Since this was the first time many were able to re-visit the chapter, we were excited to show off the house and recent awards. I can speak on behalf of my entire chapter when I say that we had a truly wonderful time exchanging stories and photos. It is our hope that this will become an annual tradition and we look forward to meeting more of you in years to come!

Seniors!

As the year comes to a close, our chapter would like to take a moment to congratulate our graduating sisters. They are a group of strong, intelligent and independent women and this chapter would not be the same without them. Thank you for your years of dedication and loyalty, for sticking by our sides through good times and bad, and for every contribution you've made to Gamma Omicron. We love you and will miss you dearly. Congratulations on becoming Pis!
